30-Day First Pair Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident when ordering BAWS for the first time. That’s why we offer a 30-Day First Pair Money-Back Guarantee on first orders placed directly through our website.

If the fit is not right, you may return your first order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Please contact us at support@baws-under.com before sending anything back.

How it works

Order type Refund Exchange
1 pair You may try on the pair and return it for a refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you would prefer a size exchange, you may return the pair and we will send the replacement size free of charge. Return shipping to us remains your responsibility. 
2 pairs or more You may open and try on 1 pair only. If the fit is not right, you may return the full order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is at your cost, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.  You may open and try on 1 pair only. If you would prefer a size exchange, you may return the full order and we will send the replacement size free of charge. Return shipping to us remains your responsibility. 

Important conditions

This guarantee applies to first-time customers only and is limited to one first order per customer, household and payment method. We reserve the right to refuse claims where we believe the policy is being misused.

If you order a multi-pack, please open and try on one pair only. The remaining pair or pairs must be returned unopened with the order if you request a refund or exchange.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, transaction fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product condition

For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be sent back through the returns process approved by our team. Please do not send back any items without contacting us first.

Returned items must match the order being claimed against, and we may refuse refunds or exchanges where items are missing, damaged beyond reasonable inspection, or returned outside the 30-day window.

How to request a refund or exchange

To request a refund or exchange, email us at support@baws-under.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for your refund or exchange request.

  • The size you would like instead, if requesting an exchange.

Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange your replacement order.
