UK SHIPPING POLICY
All UK orders are processed and shipped from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail or courier services (such as Evri, DPD, or UPS).
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Orders over £70 qualify for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions or high seasonal demand).

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom. Therefore, no customs duties or import taxes apply to deliveries within the UK.
